Build the next dimension
of veterinary medicine in India.
VIPER is the founding interprofessional team — specialists, nurses, and educators — at the centre of advanced veterinary care infrastructure being built in India. Every role in the group is foundational, not peripheral.
Three tiers.
One clinical ecosystem.
VIPER operates across three distinct tiers — each with a defined mandate, a defined relationship to the others, and founding seats available across all three. Click into any tier to explore the role in full.
Point of Care
Founding specialists and nurses on the ground in India — building services from first principles, delivering clinical care, and mentoring at the bedside. Full co-founder equity and decision-making authority.
Clinical Faculty
Remote-first specialist educators and nurse instructors — leading board rounds, developing recorded curricula, running formal assessments, and delivering journal club. Hybrid model with structured India visits.
Standards Board
The interprofessional governance body — specialist vets and veterinary nurses with equal authority, setting clinical standards, designing examinations, assessing instructors, and certifying competency.
A market with no
advanced care at all
India has a large and rapidly growing pet-owning population — and virtually no advanced veterinary care infrastructure to serve it. No specialist referral hospitals. No established training pathways. No regional standard of care for complex disease.
VIPER is the founding team. Every role in it is genuinely foundational: you are not joining an existing system, you are defining the one that will exist.
- No established specialist referral hospitals in India
- No post-graduate clinical training pathways for vets or nurses
- No regional standards of care for complex or critical disease
- Advanced diagnostics largely inaccessible outside metro centres
- ICU and critical care at general practice level only
Specialists. Nurses. Educators.
Governance.
The founding group spans all three tiers — clinical specialists and nurses building on the ground, faculty teaching at depth, and a board setting the standards that make it all coherent. If you see yourself in any part of this — explore the tier that fits.
If you've spent your career watching patients not get the specialist care they needed — because the infrastructure didn't exist, the referral pathway wasn't there, or the standard of care hadn't been defined — this is the chance to build it.
We're not looking for someone to practise within an existing system. We're looking for specialists, nurses, and educators who want to build the system. If that's you, let's talk."
